Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
Many activities require that you are able to hike a mile over varied terrain while carrying up to 15 lbs.
No experience necessary! Our experienced facilitators will be with you every step of the way.

Our facilitators offer a wealth of diverse knowledge and experience and are trained mental health professionals. Equine specialists, certified yoga and meditation instructors, and certified wilderness first responders work together to create a safe and supportive experience. Meet our crew!
Our retreats promote emotional well-being, mindfulness, and self-awareness through yoga and meditation workshops. Immersion in nature fosters a sense of tranquility and connection while group dynamics and bonding provide a supportive community for participants.

Transportation will be provided to and from activities during the retreat and nutritious and wholesome meals will be provided throughout your stay.
We will have all necessary equipment available for participants including the use of yoga mats and all necessary equine-related gear.

Please note the retreat will take place rain or shine. We do not offer a cancellation policy, however, if you are not able to attend, we will do our best to resell your spot. If we succeed prior to the start date, we will happy return your funds.

Leave your pets at home. We wish you could bring your fur babies! We love them too but, due to the nature of activities we cannot allow pets during any of our workshops or retreats. Please contact us regarding ESA and Service Animals.
